Check in time is 12 noon and Check out is also at 12 noon for our group.  There is no cancellation fee, however,
if you are not going to make it and have a room reserved, you must call and cancel it by 4 p.m. the night of the party
or you will be charged for the room.  This is just a common courtesy.  If you aren't going to make it, cancel the room so
that someone else may use it.

Entrance to the party is: $30/couple, $25/single male and $20/single female.

EVENT GUIDELINES

Doors will open at 6:00p.m. for social hour. The party will start at 7:00p.m. and end at 1:00a.m.

All couples will be stamped with black light ink for security. All singles will have an arm band.

Our DJ will be playing all of your favorite music as well as taking your requests throughout the evening.
Dance, mingle and get to know new and lasting friends while the music plays and the lighting sets the mood.

This is a BYOB event. The Club will provide all the ice and mixers for your drinks.
There will be a variety of hot and cold appetizers for your enjoyment.

There will be fun and excitement for all.
We will be sponsoring a 'spotlight couple' every month who will receive free entrance and free accommodations for the next party. We will have several door prizes during this event along with the 50/50 pot with tickets 1/$1 or 6/$5.

Club Fantasy is open to everyone in the lifestyle....Couples, single males and single females,
regardless of race, creed or color. There is a limit of one single to five couples.
For the protection of the Club and its members, there are rules for everyone to follow.
All new attendees must contact the Club owner or a co-host to attend.

All singles will have certain rules that apply only to them:
1) Singles, male and female, must be validated by a validated couple in order to attend the event. The validating couple must contact the host or any co-host stating that they will vouch for this person. That persons name will then be added to the prospective members list. Then this person must contact the Club owner or any co-host, so that we may visit with them before final approval is given.

2) If a married person or someone in a committed relationship wants to attend an event without their spouse/partner, or with another member, both parties of this couple must contact the club owner or any co-host to verify that both parties are comfortable with this arrangement. Then the 1/2 of the couple that is attending the party will be considered 'single' for that dance and will be treated as such. They will follow the rules that apply to single members.

3) All singles must be on the RSVP list no later than 2p.m. the day of the event in order to attend. If you are not on the RSVP list, you will not be able to attend.

4) If we find that any single (or couple) is married, or in a serious relationship, and their spouse/partner is not aware of or involved with the lifestyle, they will be asked to leave and NEVER allowed to return.

The event is located in an awesome hotel in Sedalia, MO.
~Room rate is $59.95 for 1 king or 2 queen beds

~Smoking and non-smoking rooms available
~Check out time is 1:00 p.m.

~As always, NO MEANS NO! Just because this is a lifestyle event, does not give you immediate permission. If you have a problem, please contact the club owner or a co-host immediately. If you cannot follow this one simple rule, you will be escorted from the event and not allowed to return EVER.

The exact location and directions to the hotel will be given to you after validation is completed.
There are several restaurants and two retail chain stores located less than three miles from the event for your last minute needs.
